Located at the historical Lappeenranta Fortress near the Russian border over viewing Finland’s biggest Lake (Saimaa) gives us the perfect frame for our menu. Local fishermen, farmers and hunters supply us the best possible ingredients for our kitchens purposes. Wild forests nearby offer plenty of tasty berries, mushroom and game to flavour our carefully designed courses. In addition warm hospitality is well known in the region and this tradition we also cherish with open hearts.
